I am writing this factual review based on my personal experience as a private patient at this clinic, where I paid £1,800 for custom dentures.Over a period of over a year, I attended multiple appointments and adjustments for two separate sets of dentures provided by the clinic. Despite these ongoing visits, both sets failed to achieve a secure fit. The plates lacked basic retention and rocked constantly, which severely impacted my speech and ability to eat. The poor fit also caused recurring sores at the corners of my mouth (Angular Cheilitis), for which I had to seek medical advice and treatment from my GP surgery.When I requested a written appointment slot to address these ongoing structural issues, the clinic declined to provide a date in writing and instead requested a telephone call. This did not accommodate my communication accessibility needs regarding my speech block. Having exhausted all avenues over many months, this lack of written accommodation was the final attempt to resolve the matter, and I felt I could no longer continue with the treatment.Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods provided were not fit for purpose. Following my formal written notice that I would be escalating the matter to the Dental Complaints Service, the clinic agreed to conclude the matter by processing a full refund of my £1,800, which has now been received.

Excellent excellent service. From the reception team to the technicians ((Phil in my case) everyone is friendly and helpful. Obviously the repair I had done for my were first class too. I used CW some time ago and no wonder that Chris (of CW) his time have grown the business. Thanks to everyone

After 3 years of struggle with ill fitting dentures I decided to go to C W Dentures after reading reviews, I can honestly say it was a great experience. All the reception staff are so welcoming and Chris himself made me feel so at ease, I came out with really natural looking dentures that enable me to eat without pain and the after care is exceptional. I Would highly recommend this practice.

I had an unfortunate incident over Xmas when I lost my top denture and from my first phone call I felt at ease and was seen asap. The team are all super friendly and Chris was fantastic and patient with me ☺️ I came away with my smile restored after a few visits! Thanks so much!!

Excellent service, nothings to much trouble, very friendly atmosphere, would definitely recommend to anyone who wanted anything to do with dentures.

I cannot speak too highly of this company and their care for myself even though I no longer have any dentures and they are having to treat my implants because of issues at Manchester dental hospital. They were so kind and caring and did everything to help me. Phil even came out of treating another person's dentures to show consideration for my current position as a britle asthma sufferer and not able to nebulize well. They are a lovely local firm to me and I recommend them to anyone who uses them

Chris and the team at CW Dentures are fantastic. They took care of me from the very beginning to the very end, which was incredibly important as I’ve always had hesitation regarding dentists. They recognised my nerves immediately and managed them perfectly by explaining every step of the process with clarity and patience.
